Hi, I’m April Thayer! I am thrilled to bring I'LL BE THAYER House and Pet Sitting to the Darrington community. As a lifelong Washingtonian born and raised on Camano Island, I understand the value of local trust and neighbors helping neighbors.

​My journey with animals started early and has covered everything from the "wild" to the "winged." I’ve spent my life rescuing animals of all shapes and sizes—from rehabilitating raccoons and owls to caring for a personal menagerie that has included:

​Exotics: Parrots, sugar gliders, snakes, and fish.

​Foster Care: I have a long history of providing a safe haven for animals in need and offer fostering services for owners in difficult transitions.
